9. Money Back / Refund Policy
Brands Design guarantees a full refund of the design money in the unlikely event that the customer is unhappy with the final product. Within seven days of the project's debut, refunds will be given only to clients who can provide a genuine cause for their dissatisfaction with the final result. It is not possible to get reimbursement for services that have already been adapted for the next phase or the completion phase. Other than the aforementioned cases, no refunds will be given.
